Strategic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of the academic administration in pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Trat Province
The objectives of this study were to: 1) examine the strategic leadership of school administrators of pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Trat Province; 2) assess the effectiveness of the academic administration of these schools; 3) investigate the relationship between the strategic leadership of administrators and the academic administration in these schools; and 4) create a forecasting equation for strategic leadership affecting the academic administration in these schools. The sample comprised 291 teachers from these pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Trat Province during the 2024 academic year. The research instrument was a two-part questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The first part assessed the strategic leadership of school administrators, consisting of 26 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.73. The second part evaluated the effectiveness of the academic administration, comprising 24 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.72. The statistical methods used for data analysis included: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
