การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหาร 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์กับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 26 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.73 ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของการบริหารวิชาการ จำนวน 24 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.72 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคุณ

The objectives of this study were to: 1) examine the strategic leadership of school administrators of pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Trat Province; 2) assess the effectiveness of the academic administration of these schools; 3) investigate the relationship between the strategic leadership of administrators and the academic administration in these schools; and 4) create a forecasting equation for strategic leadership affecting the academic administration in these schools. The sample comprised 291 teachers from these pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Trat Province during the 2024 academic year. The research instrument was a two-part questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The first part assessed the strategic leadership of school administrators, consisting of 26 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.73. The second part evaluated the effectiveness of the academic administration, comprising 24 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.72. The statistical methods used for data analysis included: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
