Transformational Leadership of School Administrators in the Next Normal Era Affecting the Quality of Working Life of Teachers in Schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat
The purposes of this research were to determine: 1) the transformational leadership of
school administrators in the next normal era in schools under Secondary Educational Service
Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, 2) the quality of teachers’ working life in these schools,
3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators in the next
normal era, and the quality of teachers’ working life in these schools, and 4) the results of the
transformational leadership of school administrators in the next normal era on the quality of
teachers’ working life in these schools. The research sample was a group of 302 teachers in
schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat during the academic
year 202 2. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table, and proportional
stratified random sampling was used based on the size of the schools. The research instrument
was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire which was divided into 2 parts: part 1 was an opinion
questionnaire about transformational leadership of school administrators during the next normal era
with a reliability value of 0.97, and part 2 was a questionnaire about the quality of working life of
teachers with a reliability value of 0.99. The statistics used in data analysis were: mean, standard
deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
