The purposes of this study were to: 1) study the professional learning community, 2) study students’ skills in the 21st century, 3) study the relationship between the professional learning community and students’ skills in the 21st century, and 4) create a predictive equation of how the professional learning community affects students’ skills in the 21st century. The sample of this research was a group of 591 teachers in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office in academic year 2020 and was selected by a multistage random sampling method. The instrument used in the research was a 2- part, 5 - level scale questionnaire. The first part had 45 items about the professional learning community. The second part had 60 items about students’ skills in the 21st century. The two parts had alpha coefficients of 0.97 and 0.98, respectively. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson product - moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) teachers in schools under Chantbaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office managed the professional learning community at the high level, 2) teachers in school rated students’ skills in the 21st century at the high level, 3) the professional learning community had a low level of positive correlation with students’ skills in the 21st century at the statistically significant level of .01, and 4) since the professional learning community affected students’ skills in the 21st century at the statistically significant level of .01, it allowed for the creation of a predictive equation with raw scores of = 0.50 0.11**X and standard scores of = 0.11** . X and standard scores of Zˆ y = 0.11** Zˆ x
