In the case of an institution being classified as non-assessed education, the leadership quality of a school administrator can de used as an indicator of the quality of the education the students will receive. The researcher studied and compared the role of academic leadership of administrations in basic schools in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces clssified by experience of practitioners and by area. The sample used in this research included 357 teachers in schools under Rayong, chanthaburi and Trat Primary Educational Service Area Offices and was selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling, The instrument for data collection was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination ranged from 0.22 to 0.86 and the reliability was at 0.97. The statistics used to analyze the data were: percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s method.
