The development of Motion Graphic Media with Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) Learning Management to Promote Chinese Reading Ability for Secondary 6 Students
The purposes of this research were to: 1) determine the effectiveness of motion graphic media with Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) learning management to promote Chinese reading ability for secondary 6 students in a way that meets the 80/80 efficiency criteria, 2) compare the pre- and post-learning Chinese reading ability of students who used this media, and 3) investigate the attitudes of those toward learning the Chinese language through the use of this media. The sample group used in the research was a group of 38 secondary 6 students at Klaeng “Wittayasathaworn” School by purposive sampling. The tools used in the research included: 1) motion graphic media, 2) the lesson plan promoting Chinese reading ability through the use of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) learning management, 3) a Chinese reading ability test, and 4) a survey towards learning the Chinese language. The statistics used for analyzing the data were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
