Appropriate forms of welfare provision for the disabled beyond the disabled allowance of sub-district administration organization in Na Yai Am District Area, Chanthaburi Province
This research was aimed to study the needs of the fringe benefits and the appropriate model of the fringe benefit management apart from allowances for disabled people in Na Yai Am District in Chanthaburi Province. The integrated research approach of the survey study, the indepth interviews, the documentary study, and the participatory observation were applied as the research instrument. The research populations determined by the two-stage cluster sampling method were the 228 disabled people in the area of Na Yai Am Sub-district Administration Organization in Chanthaburi Province.
