The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers’ online teaching management in the New Normal Era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators, 2) to study the teachers’ online teaching management in the new normal era, and 3) to study the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the teachers’ online teaching management in the new normal era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat. The sample used in the research was a group of 306 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat in the 2021 academic year. The sample size was determined by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling and the schools’ location were used to select the sample. The research instrument was a 5–rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: Part 1 was about the transformational leadership of school administrators with a reliability of 0.98, and Part 2 was about the teachers’ online teaching management in the new normal era with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research showed that: 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators overall, and in each aspect was at the high level, 2) the teachers’ online teaching management in the new normal era overall,and in each aspect was at the highest level,and 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the teachers’ online teaching management in the new normal era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat showed a moderate positive correlation with statistical significance at the .05 level.
