การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความพร้อม 2) เปรียบเทียบความพร้อม 3) ทดสอบระดับความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านประชาคมอาเซียน 4) ศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะความพร้อมของผู้บริหารและบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเขาฉกรรจ์ จังหวัดสระแก้วเพื่อเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test

The purposes of this study wer 1) to study the preparedness 2) to compare the preparedness. 3) to test the level of knowledge and understanding of the ASEAN 4) to study the problems and suggestions, along with management and operational personnel of Local Administration Organization in Chakan District, Sakaeo Province to ASEAN. The instument was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this study were the percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
