The Administration of the School Environment Affecting the 21st Century Learning Skills of Students in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the administration of the school environment in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong, 2) study the 21st century learning skills of students in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the administration of the school environment and the 21st century learning skills of students in these schools, and 4) create a forecasting equation for the administration of the school environment affecting the 21st century learning skills of students. This study was quantitative research. The sample used in this research was a group of 351 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong. Proportional stratified random sampling was performed using the provinces where the schools were located as the strata of random sampling. The research tools consisted of a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire that was divided into 2 parts. Part 1 was about the administration of the school environment with a reliability of 0.94, and part 2 was about the 21st century learning skills of students with a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used in the data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
