The purposes of this research were to study the educational participation of the local administrations and compare the educational participation of the local administrations in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. The sample consisted of 370 officers who worked under the local administrations in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. They were classified by work experience, educational background and province. The instruments used were a 5 - rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA.
