Job motivation as a positive reinforcement is essential to the staff of an organization. It helps the staff perform their jobs smoothly and achieve the expected goal. The purposes of this research were to study and compare job motivation for professional teachers under the Jurisdiction of Technical Colleges in Eastern Region classified by working experience and geographical location of Technical Colleges. The sample in this research was a group of 276 teachers under the jurisdiction of Technical Colleges in Eastern Region, resulting from Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportional stratified random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a five-rating scale constructed questionnaire about job motivation for professional teachers under the jurisdiction of Technical Colleges in Eastern Region with the discrimination power between 0.38 and 0.92, attached to its reliability of 0.98. The data were analyzed by using: percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
