The school administrators leadership is an important and necessary feature in motivation and persuasion to subordinates inspiring work to succeed in accordance with the stated objectives. The purpose of this research were: 1) to study 21st century leadership of school administrators in schools, 2) to compare 21st century leadership of school administrators in schools classified by status and work experience, and 3) to make suggestions and ways to promote and support 21st century leadership of school administrators in schools under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group used in quantitative research was selected by using simple random sampling including 308 school administrators and teachers under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in the 2019 academic year. The sample group used in qualitative research included 10 people and used specific selection method. The quantitative research tool was a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.96 and the qualitative research tool was an interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient, T-test, one-way ANOVA and content analysis.
