21st century leadership of school administrators affecting the motivation and performance of teachers in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
This research aims 1) to study the 21st leadership of school administrators, 2) to study teacher’s motivation and performance, 3) to study the relationship between the 21st century leadership of school administrators and teacher’s motivation and performance, and 4) to perform a regression analysis of how the 21st century leadership of school administrators affecting teacher’s motivation and performance in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was a group of 338 teachers who work these schools. The research instrument was five-rating scale questionnaire about the 21st century leadership affecting teacher’s motivation and performance in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It had an overall confidence level of 0.91 The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
