The purposes of this research were to study network participation and job performance among teachers at non-formal education centers, to study the relationship between network participation and job performance among these teachers and to create a prediction equation for how network participation affects job performance. The sample of this research was a group of 97 teachers of non-formal education centers and was selected by simple random sampling. The research instruments used were a 77- item questionnaire about network performance and an 83- item questionnaire about job performance. The alpha-coefficient level of the questionnaire reliability were 0.98 and 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were: Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and sample regression analysis.
