Guidance management is important and necessary as it requires the planning of institutional activities that meet the needs of the learners. This is the basis for decision making and policy planning. The objectives of this research were to study and compare the guidance management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 classified by working experience and school size. The research sample size of 327 school administrators and teachers was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified sampling. The research instrument used for data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of between 0.35 and 0.73 and a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were; percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance and Sheffe’s method of multiple comparison tests.
