A study of student care system administration of school administrators under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Sakaeo, Prachinburi, and Chachoengsao provinces
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the student care system
administration of school administrators under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in
Sakaeo, Prachinburi, and Chachoengsao Provinces. The research samples determined by the proportional
stratified random sampling method were 59 school administrators and 254 teachers under the Office
of Vocational Education Commission in Sakaeo, Prachinburi, and Chachoengsao Provinces.
The research instruments used for data collection were the five-rating scale questionnaires with
the discrimination index level of 0.33 - 0.63 and the reliability level of 0.93. The statistics used
for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance,
and Scheffes method of multiple comparison tests.
The study revealed as follows : 1) the overall result of student care system administration
of school administrators under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Sakaeo, Prachinburi,
and Chachoengsao Provinces was ranked as the high level, arranging from the first three highly
ranked aspects : the student development and promotion, the individual student recognition,
prevention and problem solving, as well as the referral management, 2) the comparative result in
the overall and individual aspects of student care system administration of school administrators
under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Sakaeo, Prachinburi, and Chachoengsao
Provinces, classified by status, was different with no statistical significance, and 3) the overall and
individual aspects of student care system administration of school administrators under the Office
of Vocational Education Commission in Sakaeo, Prachinburi, and Chachoengsao Provinces,
classified by school location, was different with no statistical significance.
