The objectives of this research were to study and compare the role of strategic
leadership of school administrators under the municipality in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat
provinces classified by working experiences and the size of schools. The sample used in this
research were 260 teachers in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces using the stratified random
sampling method. The instrument used to collect data was a questionaire with rating scale 5 levels
with the discrimination between 0.28 to 0.71 and the reliability of 0.92. The statistical analysis
used were percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance
(One - way ANOVA) and check the difference of pair by using Scheffes pair.
The results showed that 1) the role of strategic leadership of school administrators
under the municipality in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces overall was at a high level.
2) comparing the roles of strategic leadership of school administrators under the municipality
in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces classified by working experiences, the overall was
significantly different at .05 level. 3) comparing the roles of strategic leadership of school
administrators under the municipality in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces classified by the
school size, the overall was significantly different at .05 level.
