The purposes of this research were: 1) to create and test the suitability of a learning activity package, 2) to explore the efficiency of the learning activity package using 80/80 criteria, 3) to compare creative thinking before and after learning with the learning activity package, and 4) to study students’ satisfaction towards the learning activity package to enhance creative thinking for secondary students. The research and development was used as research methodology. The sample group consisted 30 of secondary students from Watweruwan school selected by purposive sampling. The duration of the experiment was 18 hours in the first semester of the academic year 2020. The research instruments included: 1) learning activity package, 2) a creative thinking test, and 3) a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were: mean, standard deviation and T-test.
