ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงภาวะผู้นำ โดยเฉพาะความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการหรือการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ และส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในภาคตะวันออก จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 302 คน โดยใช้ตารางเทียบหากลุ่มของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) การสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิไม่เป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .50-.83 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)

The purposes of this research aimed to investigate and compare transformational leadership of school administrations in accordance with the opinions of school administrators and teachers under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in the Eastern region, classified by occupational status, working experience and level of education. Based on Krejcie and Morgan’s table, the sample size used in this research included 302 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in the Eastern region. The sample was drawn by disproportionately stratified random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a constructed 5-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination was between 0.50 and 0.83, and the reliability was 0.97. The data were analyzed using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
