School administrators competencies affecting school administration in the 21st Century under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, Chonburi Provinca
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study school administrators competencies, 2) study school administrations in the 21st century, 3) study the relationship between school administrators competencies and school administrations in the 21st century, and 4) create a predictive equation to forecast how school administrators competencies affect school administrations in the 21st century in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, Chonburi Province in academic year 2020. The sample was a group of 346 administrators and teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, Chonburi Province and was determined by Krejcie and Morgans table and stratified random sampling method by using the unified campus as the class to be divided, then simple non-retraction method until reaching the specified amount. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98 on the portion about school administrators competencies and 0.97 on the portion about school administrations in the 21st century. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
