This research aimed 1) to study the potential development in work performance of staff in the vocational sector in Rayong based on a case study of Rayong Technical College, and 2) to compare the potential development in work performance of the staff in Rayong Technical College. The research sample of 202 people was classified by gender, age, education, and position. The descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
