The objective of this research is to study the establishment of the management process and the factors that affect the management of the religious group of the Cathedral of Mary Immaculate Conception. The research methods include the historical qualitative research method,
by interviewing, group discussion, and document research. The research has found that the establishment of the religious group of the Cathedral of Mary Immaculate Conception was conceived from the 2nd Restoration of the Catholic Bible held in the Vatican City in which allows the churchgoers to take part in the management of the church and its activities. Also it has
developed structures for work based on organized catholic group until it becomes a religious society at present. The management processes have been systematically planned, organized, and evaluated and the factors that have impact on the management of the group are religious ideology,
the catholic policies, and the local community network.
