The purposes of this study were to study in the area of Bangsrakao subdistrict in Chanthaburi Province with the following aspects; 1) social quality 2) factors affecting the social quality 3) comparison among factors affecting the social quality. The population in this study were the community leaders including village committee, mat art committee, community council, community bank. The sample group was 123 people determined Krejice and Morgan’s table. The research tool was the questionnaire of 38 items wish the reliability level of .95. The descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD Test.
