Assessment of a Project to Improve the Quality of Reading, Writing and Analytical Thinking in Basic Education Level Assessment Using the CIPPIEST Assessment Model
The project to improve the quality of reading, writing and analytical thinking in basic Education level, conducted by the Faculty of Education Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, was a very important and useful project. The researcher was interested in evaluating the project using the CIPPIEST assessment model. The objectives were: 1) to assess the project to improve the quality of reading, writing and analytical thinking in basic education levels, and 2) to study guidelines to promote the enhancement of reading, writing and critical thinking of students in Basic Education level, Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. The research used mixed research process of both quantitative and qualitative methods. There were 3 sample groups cousisting of: project administrators, project workers and project participants. There were 2 types of data collecting tools: 1) two questionnaires, Issue 1, questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.49 - 0.86 and a reliability of 0.98. Issue 2, questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.41 - 0.90 and a reliability of 0.97, and 2) interview form. Data was analyzed by: mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
