The sustainable development of organizations in a severely competitive global situations requires personnel capable of learning and creating various innovations as a team. Learning experiences of organizational staff will shift from their basic schools to learning organizations, keeping pace with technological advancements and contemporary sciences. The purposes of this research were to study and compare basic school administration directed towards learning organization under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area classified by working experience and school size. The sample used in this research was group of 331 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area resulting from Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table including proportionate stratified random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire for a study of basic school administration directed towards learning organization under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument for collecting data was a five-rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination power of between 0.38-0.86 and a reliability of 0.97.
