The vision of the school administrators is important in leading to the creation of policies, education system development, development of learners to develop in terms of knowledge, ability, life skills as well as desirable characteristics that may lead to a happy life in the society. The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of vision of school administrators, 2) to study the academic administration level of school administrators, 3) to study the relationship between the vision of the school administrators and the academic administration in the schools, and 4) to create predictive equations for the vision of school administrators affecting academic administration of education institutions under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample was a group of 372 teachers in educational institutions under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office in academic year 2018, selected by proportional stratified random sampling, the school network was used as a random sampling class. Teachers of each school network were also selected by the simple random sampling technique. The research tool was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.97. The statistics used in the data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis
