21st century of school administrations affecting the academic administrations of schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Prouinces
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the opinions about the skills of school administrators in the 21st century, 2) to study the opinions about the academic administration of educational institutions, 3) to study the relationship between opinions on the school administrators skills in the 21st century and academic administration, and 4) to create a predictive equation for the opinions about the skills of school administrators in the 21st century that affect academic administrations in schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Prouinces. The sample group consisted of 315 school administrators and teachers, and was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The proportional random sampling method was applied, after that the administrators and teachers in each province were selected by lottery method in simple without replacement until the specified amount was reached.The research instrument was a five – rating questionnaire about the 21st century skills of school administrators affecting the academic administrators affecting the academic administrations of schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Prouinces. It had a reliability of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
