Transformational leadership of school administrators influencing attitude change and behavior of teachers in schools is important for learning organizations. The purposes of this research were: 1) to study transformational leadership level of the administrators in the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17, 2) to study the learning organization level of the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17, 3X to study the relationship between the school administrators’ transformational leadership with the learning organizations in the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17, and 4) to create a predictive equation for the administrators’ transformational leadership that affects the learning organization in the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17.
