The school administrators’ transformational leadership is a behavior and administrative ability that will lead the subordinates to fully perform their abilities. The purposes of this research were to: 1X study the school administrators’ transformational leadership level according to the teachers and educational personnel’s opinions, 2) study the learning organization level of the schools according to the teachers and educational personnel’s opinions, 3) study the relationship between the school administrators’ transformational leadership and the learning organizations of the schools according to the teacher and educational personnel’s and 4) create a predictive equation for the school administrators’ transformational leadership that affecter the learning organizations of the schools according to the teacher and educational personnel’s opinions. The sample was a group of 332 teachers and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in the academic year 2018. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and stratified random sampling by using the school size as a random class. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of the whole questionnaire at 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
