Educational Leadership of School Administrators is important to be successful in the management of the scope and mission of the school. Administrators must play a leadership role in the management of educational institutions that are timely. Under fast changing circumstances. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of transformational leadership in basic education schools in Trat, Chanthaburi and Rayong Provinces in relation to the experience of the practitioners and the size of the school. The research sample size of 375 administrators and teachers from basic education schools in Trat, Chanthaburi and Rayong Provinces was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s random stratified proportion method. The instrument for data collection was a five rating scale questionnaires. The reliability was at a level of 0.76. The statistics used to analyse the data were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s method was used to compare the pairs.
