บทบาทผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาถือได้ว่าเป็นส่วนที่มีความสำคัญต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานตามขอบข่ายและภารกิจของสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องมีบทบาทภาวะผู้นำในการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่ทันต่อสถานการณ์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในจังหวัดตราด จันทบุรี และระยอง จำแนกตามสถานการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในจังหวัดตราด จันทบุรี และระยอง จำนวน 375 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการใช้ตารางเทียบของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) และสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนโดยใช้ขนาดของสถานศึกษาเป็นชั้นในการแบ่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.76 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการตรวจสอบความแตกต่างของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’)

Educational Leadership of School Administrators is important to be successful in the management of the scope and mission of the school. Administrators must play a leadership role in the management of educational institutions that are timely. Under fast changing circumstances. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of transformational leadership in basic education schools in Trat, Chanthaburi and Rayong Provinces in relation to the experience of the practitioners and the size of the school. The research sample size of 375 administrators and teachers from basic education schools in Trat, Chanthaburi and Rayong Provinces was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s random stratified proportion method. The instrument for data collection was a five rating scale questionnaires. The reliability was at a level of 0.76. The statistics used to analyse the data were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s method was used to compare the pairs.
