The Relationship between the Leadership of School Administrators and the Student Assistant System in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17
The leadership of school administrators is important for the student assistant system which aims to improve the quality of life for students and build their strengths. The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the level of leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office 17, 2) to study the level of student assistant system in these schools, and 3) to study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators and the student assistant system in these schools. The sample of this research was 317 teachers who work in schools under the secondary educational service area office 17 in the academic year of 2016. The sample size was determined according to the sample table of Krejcie and Morgan and was selected by using proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for data collection was 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation.
