The purposes of this research were to study and compare the participation of the educational management of the committees of Basic Educational School in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. Classified by working experience and the school size. The samples consisted
of 358 teachers in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces by random stratified proportionate. The instruments used to collect data was 5 – rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.32 to 0.94 and the reliability at 0.98. The statistic used to analyse were percentage,
mean and standard deviation, t-test and One-way analysis of variance (One - way ANOVA) and check the difference of pair by Scheffe.
