The purposes of this research were to study and compare administration according to good governance of the vocational colleges in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces. The sample used in this study include teachers in the vocational colleges in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces. 234 people with means of proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments used to collect the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination was between 0.22-0.75 and the reliability was 0.81. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and when were found significantly different at the 0.05 level will multiple comparisons by Scheffe is method to analyses the data.
