A Study of the Realationship between School Administrators Leadership and Teachers Job Satisfaction under the Secondary Educational Services Area Office 7
The purposes of this research were to study and compare teacher job satisfaction classified by gender and the relationship between school administrators leadership and teachers job satisfaction in school under the Secondary Education Service Area office 7. The samples were 318 school teachers in the secondary Educational Service Area Office 7. The research instruments were 30 administrators leadership questionnaires and 30 teachers job satisfaction questionnaires. The questionnaires showed
the alpha-coefficient level of 0.88 and the discrimination level of 0.40-0.85 for the school administrators leadership. The alpha-coefficient level of 0.86 and the discrimination level of 0.45-0.87 were identified in the questionnaires for the teachers job satisfaction.
