There are competing methods for the administration of public schools in Thailand. The success or failure of an administration depends on the superleadership of the administrators in school administrations. This superleadership helps both the personnel and the organization achieve
their goals. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of superleadership in administrations of basic schools in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces in relation to the experience of the practitioner and the size of the school. The sample size of 363 teachers was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s proportional stratified random sampling method. The instrument used to collect data was a 5 - scale questionnaire with a discrimination of between 0.30 and 0.84 and a reliability of 0.98. The statistical tools used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method for testing paired differences
