The research was aimed to study 1) the methods of financial management, personnel management, material management and managerial system of Para Rubber Co-operative Group in Huangnamkhaw Sub-district, Muang District, Trat province. 2) to study the proposed guidelines for the implementation of Para Rubber Co-operative Group in Huangnamkaw Sub-district, Muang District, Trat province. The population of this study was 224 people who are administrators and co-operative members. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, the average score (Mean), the standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, and the analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA).
