The objectives of this study were to study and compare the satisfaction of teachers performance in looking after children at child development centers that are under the supervision of local administration organizations in Chanthaburi province. It has been classified by age, education levels, and work experience. The research samples included 369 teachers who have
been working in child centers that are under the supervision of local administration organizations in Chanthaburi province in the academic year of 2012 was categorized by applying Taro Yamane’s formula and 192 teachers from 10 districts by using simple random sampling method.
Tool used in this research was a questionnaire form aiming to find out levels of the satisfaction of teachers performance in looking after children at child development centers that are under the supervision of local administration organizations in Chanthaburi province and consisted of 5 key
factors and 9 support factors. Statistical tools used to analyze data were the percentage value, thestandard deviation value, and the t-test.
