Organizational culture is fundamental to determine the staff behavior in an organization. It results in job performance efficiency and desirable goal achievement. This research aimed: 1) to study the organizational culture of basic schools under the jurisdiction of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) to compare the organizational culture of basic schools under the jurisdiction of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, job position, working experience and school size. The sample in this research was a group of 337 teachers and educational personnel under the jurisdiction of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, derived from Krejcie and Morgan comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a five-rating scale constructed questionnaire about the organizational culture of basic schools under the jurisdiction of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, which had a discrimination power between 0.40 - 0.94 and a reliability of 0.97. The data were analyzed by using: percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
