Emotional intelligence considerably influences the achievement of school administrators leading to job performance efficiency. This research aimed: 1) to investigate the level of emotional intelligence of school administrators as perceived by teachers under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) to compare the emotional intelligence of school administrators as perceived by teachers under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, age, working experience, academic degree and school size. The sample used in this research was a group of 285 teachers under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, derived from Krejcie and Morgans comparison table and proportional stratified random sampling method. The instrument for collecting data was a five-rating scale constructed questionnaire involving the emotional intelligence of school administrators as perceived by teachers under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, which had a discrimination power between 0.41 - 0.93 and a reliability of 0.97. The data were analyzed by using: percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
