The statistics used for data analysis were : percentage, mean,
standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. The results of the research revealed that: 1) the skills of school administrators, overall was at a high level, 2) the academic administration of the early childhood programs, overall was at a high level, 3) the relationship between the skills of school administrators and the academic administration of the early childhood programs was positively correlated at the .01 level of significance, and 4) since the relationship was positively correlated at the .01 level of significance, a predictive equation can be created in the form of raw score Y ̂=-0.97** 1.16**X, and standard score of Z ̂ y = 0.89** Zx. This research shows that school administrators’ skills will affect the results and that they should have the necessary skills in problem analysis and work planning to manage and develop educational institutions. this should be performed in accordance with both applicable policies and goals set.
