Ethical Behavior of Administrators Affecting the Administrations of Schools under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces
The researcher studied the ethical behavior of school administrators affecting the management of the administrations of schools under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of the opinions about the ethical behavior of school administrators of schools under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces, 2) to study the opinions about the level of the management of the administrations of schools under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Province, 3) to study the relationship between the opinions about the ethical behavior of school administrators and the opinions about the management of the administrations of schools under the Office under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chabthaburi and Trat Provinces, and 4) to create a predictive equation for the opinions about ethical behavior of school administrators affecting the management of the administrations of schools under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. The sample was a group of 186 administrators and teachers in schools under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces in the 2019 academic year, and was selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire regarding the opinions about ethical behavior of school administrators affecting the management of the administrations of schools under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Province with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
