A Study on the Relationship between Administration Factors and Early Childhood Education Management of Brain-Based Learning in Schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office
Educational administration factors positively correlated with early childhood education
by using the brain-based learning in the schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. This is in line with the 2017 Early Childhood Education Program, which states that early childhood programs aim to develop all children to develop physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and intellectually with quality and continuously being provided with a happy learning experience suitable for age. The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of educational institution administration factors in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office; 2) the early childhood education management by using the brain-based learning in the schools; and 3) the relationship between educational administration factors and early childhood education management by using the brain-based learning in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 190 early childhood teachers in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2019. The size was determined by using the comparison table of Krejcie and Morgan and using multi-step randomization by using the district as a layer of division. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire about the relationship between school administration factors and early childhood education management of brain-based learning in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. It had a reliability of 0.98. It was divided into 2 parts. Part 1 was a questionnaire regarding school administration factors in schools under the consisting of 40 items with a discrimination of between 0.42 - 0.93. Part 2 was a questionnaire about the management of basic education by using the brain-based learning in schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office consisting of 35 items with a discrimination of between 0.55 - 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation and Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient.
