The Participative Administration of Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness of Schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2
This research intended to: 1) study the participative administration of administrators of
schools, 2) study the effectiveness of schools, 3) study the relationship between the participative administration of administrators and the effectiveness of schools, and 4) perform a regression analysis on the participative administration of administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools. The sample was group of 331 teachers and educational personnel of administrators of schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2 in the academic year 2019. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire for the participative administration of administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools. The alpha coefficient was analyzed using the Cronbach method. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was at 0.99. The statistics used for analyzing data were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
