21st century skills of school administrators and dual vocational education management under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces
The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the level of the 21st century skills of school administrators, 2) to study the management of dual vocational education, and 3) to study the relationship between the 21st century skills of school administrators and dual vocational education management under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. The sample group consisted of 329 school administrators and teachers. The sample size was determined by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample was first selected by proportional stratified random sampling and separated by province. Then simple random selection was used. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire for the 21st century skills of school administrators and dual vocational education management under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. It has a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
