Leadership is the key to success for school administrators to help and encourage them to continuously improve the quality of the learners, which is an important foundation in bringing the society and the nation to achieve sustainable progress. The purposes of this study were to study and compare the leadership of basic education school administrators under the Sakaeo Primary Education Service Are Office, classified by educational service areas and school sizes. The sample in this study was a group of 351 school administrators and teachers under the Sakaeo Primary Education Area Office 1 and 2 and was selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a five-rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of between 0.27 and 0.90 and a reliability of 0.95. The statistics used were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA.
