Transformational leadership is important and is essential to the quality of the institution. It can make higher educational institutions more effective. It also changes the attitudes, beliefs, and motives of the followers in order to improve the quality of educational management of schools to suit the needs of the modern era better. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of transformational leadership in administrators under the vocational school in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces, classified by status and school size. The sample used in this research included 262 teachers in vocational schools in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces. It was selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a 5-rating scal questionnaire with a discrimination of between 0.32 and 0.98 and a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s comparison test.
