Motivation use of school administrators impacting organizational commitment of teachers and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office
Motivation use of the school administrators is a positive motivational creation for the teachers and educational personnel. It is extremely important for organizational commitment. Therefore, the research studied motivation use of the school administrators that impacted organizational commitment of teachers and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. This research aimed to: 1) study the level of motivation use of the school administrators under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the organizational commitment of the teachers and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, 3) study the relationship between motivation use of school administrators and organizational commitment of the teachers and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 4) develop a prediction equation of motivation use of the school administrators that impacted organizational commitment of the teachera and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample was a group of 371 teachers and educational personnel under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were: standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
