The objectives of this research were to study and compare the role of creative leadership of administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 17. The sample group consisted of 304 teachers who operate at schools under the supervision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 17 and were selected by applying the tables of Krejcie and Morgan’s, and then proportionately randomized. They were classified by their work experience and size of the schools. The tools used in this research included a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a discrimination value of between 0.27-0.77 and a reliability value of 0.95. The statistics value used to analysis the data included: percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA analysis, and Scheffe’s comparsion test.
