The purposes of this research aimed to investigate and compare transformational leadership of school administrations in accordance with the opinions of school administrators and teachers under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in the Eastern region, classified by occupational status, working experience and level of education. Based on Krejcie and Morgan’s table, the sample size used in this research included 302 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in the Eastern region. The sample was drawn by disproportionately stratified random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a constructed 5-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination was between 0.50 and 0.83, and the reliability was 0.97. The data were analyzed using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
