Educational administration is very important for educational management. The education provided to the youth or the student will potential or competitive with other schools, depending on the administration of the educational administrator who is the set of guidelines for the practice of personnel in schools. For this reason, the researcher studied and compared the management of basic school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17, classifying them by provincial area and school size. The research sample of 335 administrators and teachers was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and was selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for data collection was a S point-scale questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.22-0.98 and a reliability of 0.88. The statistics used for data analysis were; percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test. One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method for testing paired differences.
